Monolith DSP is the audio label of Qoncept Apps (“we”, “us”), an independent software studio based in Spain, in the European Union. This policy covers monolith-dsp.com and the apps we publish as Monolith DSP.
The short version: our apps collect nothing, and this website keeps only what it needs to be served.
Vectorscope 2
Vectorscope 2 collects no data. Its App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected”.
- It reads the audio a host passes to it, or the input of your device (the built-in microphone or an audio interface), only to draw it. Nothing is recorded, stored or sent.
- It asks for access to the microphone only when it runs on its own, to read that input. You can withdraw access at any time in Settings.
- Its settings (view, trail, zoom, color) stay on your device.
- It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it connects to no server.
The App Store
Our apps are distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes your purchase and download data under its own privacy policy. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device’s settings, Apple may pass us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics; they do not identify you.
This website
monolith-dsp.com has no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts or fonts. Its pages are served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and the details of each request (browser, page, time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and keeps them in its logs for a short time.
The site sets one cookie, lang, which remembers the language it showed you first so that it does not move you again. It holds nothing else and expires after a year.
When you write to us
If you email us, we use your address and your message only to answer you, and keep them as long as the conversation needs. The contact form sends your name, address and message to us by email through Resend, the service that delivers it; this website keeps none of it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to privacy@monolith-dsp.com. You may also complain to a supervisory authority; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Children
Our apps collect no data from anyone, children included.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with its date.
