These terms cover the apps Qoncept Apps (“we”, “us”) publishes as Monolith DSP and the website monolith-dsp.com. By using them you agree to these terms.
The apps
Our apps are distributed through Apple’s App Store and licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless an app’s page on the App Store names a license of its own. Vectorscope 2 is free.
Use
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the apps except where the law allows it, nor use them or this website for anything unlawful.
Ownership
The apps, their names, the Monolith DSP name and logo, and the content of this website belong to Qoncept Apps. Apple, iPhone, iPad, GarageBand and Logic Pro are trademarks of Apple Inc. AUM is a product of Kymatica. Other names belong to their owners.
Warranty and liability
The apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumer law gives you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and of the European Union, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be published here with its date.
